TNS stands for The Next Step Programs. At TNS, we help young adults with disabilities transition out of high school and into their community. We have multiple programs but the one that inspired me the most, has been the Becoming an Entrepreneur evening social group. During this time, I learned how to start a business, including design and branding elements and elevator pitches. 

 

I also work at TNS as a Community Ambassador. I work in the office and assist with tasks there, but I am also out in the community and representing TNS.
